A 4 year training, or you can take courses for your own self development at your own pace.
- Create room for growth in your life
- Experience loving kindness and awareness
- Learn about the connections between mind and body
- Learn to read body language
- Learn how to develop a practice
Courses are available in 12 countries and are taught by highly qualified Rosen Method teachers. Students practise both giving and receiving Rosen Sessions under careful supervision by teachers and assistants. The assistants are Rosen Method practitioners or students doing their Internship year.
During the courses there is the opportunity for sharing personal experience and feelings with the other students in a group setting. Participants often develop a deeper insight into their own and others unknown patterns of behaviour and repressed feelings. This happens in a safe and protected environment and brings release and healing. The atmosphere during training courses is imbued with loving acceptance, safety and a feeling of being there for one another.
You may start with an Introductory Course. The whole training (stages 1, 2 and 3) may be done in approx 4 and a half years, but the basic training (stage 1 and 2) can be taken over many years. The student will be asked to choose a Main Rosen Method Training Centre. This is also the centre from which the Internship year will start and finish. International certificate is issued by the Rosen Institute in United States.
