Living Anatomy: Deep Core Immersion – A Journey of Self-Awareness and Transformation  April 23-25th 2025

In our next in person Living Anatomy workshop, we’ll be taking a profound deep dive into the “Deep Core” muscles—the diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep hip flexors and the intricate relationships between these abdominal and postural muscles. This workshop offers an unparalleled opportunity to connect with the deeper, often more unconscious, layers of the body, connecting into your innate capacity for physical stability and emotional resilience.

The deep core is not only essential for efficient movement but also plays a key role in how we navigate our emotional landscape. Awareness of tension and relaxation in these areas can reveal how we relate to ourselves and others—shaping our personal boundaries and our emotional integrity.

Through the combination of Rosen touch, body readings, and visual aids, you’ll gain an embodied understanding of how these foundational muscles influence our emotional life and relationships. Enriched by Rosen movement and supported by hands-on practicums, you’ll cultivate a deeper inner connection to your body’s core, its tensions  and possibilities which can lead to more fluidity in movement and emotional expression.

Additionally, sharing circles will allow you to process, integrate and put words to your personal experiences as you deepen your understanding of the ways your deep inner structures mirror your emotional world.

Join us for a transformative experience that blends physical anatomy with emotional insight, empowering you to strengthen your sense of support, integrity, and fluidity in your life.

Come and learn about the way our anatomical design supports both expression and suppression of feelings and emotions. This course is both for those with existing anatomical knowledge as well as for people interesting in learning more about the mind-body relationship and the beautiful genius of our physical design.

Hours: 10-5pm daily with breaks.

Venue: North London Venue, Belsize Park.
