Rosen Method Bodywork is taught experientially, and the first part of the Professional Training is open to people simply coming for their own personal work, exploration and interest. Our courses are designed so that you can soak up the impact of 6 days of touch, reflection, insight and skill development. Each Intensive you attend adds to your practical knowledge, personal growth and Rosen sensibility – your ability to communicate with touch and words to enhance well-being, embodied awareness, and to relax into a sense of greater authenticity and strength through gentleness and presence.
