Introductory Weekend Workshop in Nottingham with Louisa Turner and Francesca Stutely.

This workshop will introduce you to the fundamental skills that are used in Rosen Method Bodywork. This is a chance to have a relaxing and also stimulating weekend learning about the connection between the mind, our thoughts and experiences, our heart – our feelings including both our longing and our fears, and our physical sense of self – how we feel, what we sense, our sensations and interoception. You will experience the connection between the breath and our emotional state and learn how to communicate using touch and presence for well-being and mind body harmony.
